Care Instructions:
- Our knitwear is machine-washable: we recommend a cold wool cycle (or 20°C maximum) and a spin cycle of 600 revolutions per minute maximum.
- However, to ensure your knitwear lasts as long as possible, hand washing is recommended.
- Do not use detergents
- Lay flat to dry; do not tumble dry
- Iron at a maximum of 110°C
- Professional dry cleaning using a normal water cycle

Men's Bigouden sweater

To celebrate the brand’s 90th anniversary, Le Minor has designed the Bigouden sweater, a creation that draws inspiration from the brand’s origins. Its pattern pays homage to Bigouden embroidery, which has been at the heart of Le Minor’s history since 1936, when Marie-Anne Le Minor founded her company in Pont-l’Abbé and began crafting dolls dressed in traditional Breton costumes.

The motifs inspired by this heritage are woven directly into the fabric using the jacquard technique. They evoke the textile traditions of the Bigouden region and reflect the brand’s enduring connection to its homeland since its inception.

Knitted from 100% merino wool in our workshops in Guidel, this sweater features a fine, even knit that is soft to the touch. Its loose fit has a slightly blouson-like silhouette thanks to the ribbed hem. The cuffs and collar also feature ribbed trim, while topstitching highlights the construction of the sleeves. With this anniversary model, Le Minor brings together its Bigouden heritage and its knitting expertise in a piece designed to stand the test of time.
